Detailed description

Every vertex of the input stays, in its order, so node i of the file is node i of the solve (§FET-2 A1). Only the Tet4 and Tet10 elements stay, so a triangle that a VTK file carries beside its tets cannot change the problem (D6). originalIndex maps each kept element to its index in the input, so an element field goes back to the input's elements.
