The face-connected pieces of a tet mesh: §FEJ-4 step 4.

Detailed description

Two tets are in one piece when a chain of shared faces joins them. Two tets that share only a node or an edge are two pieces, because they can turn about it. The face table is `mesh::process::tetFaceNeighbors`, and a union-find joins across it. A face that three or more tets share joins none of them. Pieces are numbered from 0 in the order of their first element.
