EntropyStatus
Header chip tracking the EntropyAccumulator. Inherits all visual concerns from HeaderProgressChip; this class only wires the accumulator's signals to the chip's state setters, with a 1 Hz throttle so the bar text doesn't flicker on every captured byte.
