Detailed description

The Windows VM of P12 (integration/winvm). The host's tree is in the VM's share, so the guest runs it in place with `kiln test –prebuilt`; libwinvm owns the VM's life (`start`, `run`, `wait`, `stop`), called as a library and not as a program (script-ports §SCP-D-11), and this backend only writes the batch file it runs.
