Detailed description

This host, for a tree built for an architecture it runs through qemu-user's binfmt_misc entry and the target's multiarch libraries (kiln-file §KN-K27e): each suite of a batch runs with `kiln –arch <arch> test –prebuilt`, one after another, on a thread of its own, so the next batch builds meanwhile, as the VM's do.
