First-time setup wizard for Hub / Remote ("control") nodes.

Detailed description

Rewritten on top of libwizard's WizardActivity: this class is now essentially a configuration block that declares the three steps (Delivery → Pairing → Handover) as WizardStep entries. The bespoke state-machine plumbing the old implementation carried (registerClickable Row, navigateToStage, updateStage, eventFilter, nextStageClicked, pushImpl, popImpl) is gone — WizardActivity covers all of it.

The only remaining concrete logic here is: - the step predicates (isDelivered / isPaired / isPairingSkipped), - the launch handlers that push the right sub-activity, - the popImpl override that interprets MessagePromptActivity return values for the "redeliver" confirmation flow.
