PickerFolding

How the finder folds its family subsections (definition-taxonomy §DTX-D4).

Detailed description

A family header starts folded when its family's audience is mathematical. toggled holds the families whose state the user changed from that default, so a new collection starts folded although the user opened another one. The picker keeps it in Settings.
