construct::ui::LevelSettingsView

The construct schema in an embedded ConfigView, fixed to one level.

Detailed description

This replaced the rows that SettingsRowBinder bound by hand in the Rendering window, and it is the camera-level surface that §SS-9 promised and that was never built (config-ui CFG-38, CFG-40). The rows, their source marks, the revert and the undo step all come from libconfigui, so these views look and act as the settings window does.
