FpsCounterLabel

The toolbar frame-rate readout — §RP-A3 (construct-render-performance).

Detailed description

Shows the RENDER rate: frames whose pixels changed, which is what the user's eye measures. The delivered (present) rate — keep-alive redeliveries included — rides in the tooltip beside it, so the two can differ visibly without the toolbar number lying. Zero renders in a window is the informative "idle" state, muted on purpose: a static scene not re-rendering is the coalescer working.

One shared implementation for the shell and the widget catalog (§RP-T4 screenshot), so the styles and strings on the doc page are the app's own.
