TransformSkips
How often an evaluated transform did not reach the drawn wrapper, per hop, each skip with a rate-limited line (construct-field-defects §CFD-D-1.4 item 4, CFD-W7).
In the namespace construct. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/model/WorkCounters.hpp.
Detailed description
An expression on `translate`, `rotate` or `scale` evaluates on the compiled core. Two hops carry the value to the wrapper that draws: the expression manager mirrors it onto the logical item, and the compiler copies the logical transform onto the wrappers. Each hop could return with no message (findings §CFD-F-1), so a jog that moved nothing left no trace. Now each skip counts, and a skip that loses the value writes one `[TRANSFORM-SKIP]` line with the item id at most every TRANSFORM_SKIP_LOG_MS per hop, with the number of skips the interval held back. The render telemetry line gives the counts of its interval (RenderTelemetry::formatLine).
Process-wide relaxed atomics, as WorkCounters: the hops run on the GUI thread and in a worker's own document.
