RenderJobHost

The shell's part of a render, and the one request builder (construct-render-settings §CRSA-6).

Detailed description

planRenderJob() is the function the Queue button, the Measure button, `construct.render.queue`, `construct.render.measure` and the deformation video all plan through. It reads the settings rows, never a widget, so a person and OPAL get the same job from the same values and the same refusals.
