What a video of the deformation or of an axis needs from the host that owns the render export (field-presentation §FVE-10, matrix FVW-72).

Detailed description

ConstructShell sets it when its batch system starts, and clears it when it goes (setPresentationVideoHost()). The menu entry "Export animation…" and the OPAL task `construct.field.export_video` read the same host, so both submit the same job in the same way. GUI thread.
