In the namespace construct::registry. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/registry/IThingProvider.hpp.

Detailed description

Passed on every call rather than stored on the facade. The facade is a process-wide catalog, and a catalog never holds a pointer to a document (§CMS-7) — the member that used to hold "the active document's" component registry was a second §CMS-2a, and three-for-three on §CMS-3.

Both members null enumerates the catalog alone: built-in primitives and the user library, and no document's own work.
