ViewLabelsTask

`construct.view.labels`: the anchored labels of the viewport that shows the document (field-presentation §FVO-2, §FVL-4).

In the namespace construct::opal. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/opal/ViewLabelsTask.hpp.

Detailed description

One entry per anchor: its `id`, its `text`, its `position` in world coordinates and its `priority`; whether its dot shows (`shown`), whether its box with text shows (`hasText`), and whether a surface hides it (`dimmed`); and its `screen` point in logical pixels when it has one. The labels come from the markers presenters (§FVE-7). View state: nothing changes.
