construct.scene.ungroup — dissolve a group into its parent, as one undo step (scene-tree-ux-v3 §STG-O-3).

Detailed description

The other half of construct.scene.group_selection, planned by construct-operations as a Tier 2 composite and never built. The group's children take its place in its parent, in their order, the group is removed, and the children are selected afterwards.
