PresentationKindsTask

The presentation tasks: `construct.presentation.kinds`, `.list`, `.add`, `.remove`, `.move`, `.set`, and `construct.legend.set` (field-presentation §FVO-2, matrix FVW-38).

In the namespace construct::opal. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/opal/PresentationTasks.hpp.

Detailed description

They read the presenter declarations of construct::model::presentation, so a new kind needs no new task. Each edit is one undo step, and a refused edit leaves the scene as it was and says why, in the words of the scene tree's rows. `construct.legend.set` edits the color presenter of every item that shares one legend, in one undo step (§FVU-5).
