FieldVerdictTask

`construct.field.verdict`: the verdict of the factor-of-safety view of an item (field-presentation §FVO-2, §FVU-8, matrix FVW-70).

Detailed description

The task reads what a person sees (§FVO-1 rule 3): the verdict rule model::presentation::fosVerdict() that the legend's caption and the item's Verdict row read, over the same minimum. That minimum is the job's located minimum of the field that the color presenter shows. When the job did not locate that field (an edited criterion), libfield's reduction finds it in the loaded asset (§FVO-1 rule 4). The display clamp never changes the number. View state: nothing changes.
