`construct.field.export_video`: a video of the deformation or of an axis of a tet volume (field-presentation §FVE-10, §FVO-2, matrix FVW-72).

Detailed description

The same path as Tet ▸ Export animation…: a PresentationVideoExport submits one `construct/render_export` job whose request carries one view clock state per frame. `frames` gives them as `[{phase, axisValue}]`; `animation` makes them: `pingPong` is one cycle of the deformation, `axis` is each value of an axis, as the view clock plays it. The video takes the container, the codec, the quality, the camera, the size and the fps of the render job (construct-render-settings §CRSA-6, parity CRS-27); `size` and `fps` replace the last two.

Returns the job id when the job is in the queue. With `wait`, it waits for the job and returns the file and its size. A build without the multimedia feature refuses with the reason. View state: no undo step, and the document does not change.
