Detailed description

An in-memory filesystem overlaid on the real one, with the named bundles mounted under rootPrefix. This is the ONE place in the tree that constructs llvm::vfs::InMemoryFileSystem (asset-pantry PN-C7); callers add their per-compile sources onto mem and hand overlay to the compiler. Returns empty members and fills error (when non-null) if a bundle does not resolve.
