RecordFile

The file of a library of YAML records in the app's data folder: materials.json and shading-modes.json (viewport-shading-modes §VSMA-2).

In the namespace construct::model. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/model/RecordFile.hpp.

Detailed description

The file is a JSON object. Its key records is a list of records, each with the record's id, its YAML text and the time it was last modified. A library can keep more keys beside it, which read() gives back as extra.

A file that is not a JSON object is not read. The next write() renames it to <file>.old, so the values in it are not lost. write() goes through QSaveFile, so a reader never sees a half-written file.
