FosVerdict

The verdict on the minimum factor of safety of an item (field-presentation §FVU-8).

In the namespace construct::model::presentation. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/model/presentation/FosView.hpp.

Detailed description

fosVerdict() makes it. The legend's caption, the item's fact row and `construct.field.verdict` all read it, so the three cannot disagree.
