MaterialLibrary
The material definitions outside a document: the built-in home and the library home (rendering-revamp §RVM-5).

In the namespace construct::model. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/model/MaterialLibrary.hpp.
Detailed description
A built-in is a YAML record in the bundle, at :/construct/materials/<id>.yaml. Its id is a slug, the same in every process. A library record lives in <dataDir>/materials.json. A library record whose id is a built-in's shadows the built-in: that is how a user edits a built-in, the Default included, and removing the record brings the built-in back.
The library's Default, the record default, is the app default: the root's material of every document that chose none (§RVM-4). An edit of it shows in those documents at once (rendering-revamp R6 and the ruling of 2026-10-16 on the Default material).
The scene home is the document's own list, Construct::sceneMaterials().
