SignalException
One deliberately unconnected signal, and the reason it stands.
In the namespace construct::diag. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/batch/WorkerSignalAudit.hpp.
Detailed description
`CO-50` (construct-completion-order) triaged nine unconnected interaction signals and found that "unconnected" covers two genuinely different states: a channel nobody wired **yet** (the §CEI-D10 shape — a feature that is silently absent) and a channel this application is not the client of (`RhiPresentWidget`'s stateless input forwards exist for paint, and construct handles those events in its own override). Only the first is a defect, and no amount of listing signal names distinguishes them.
So an entry carries a `reason`. A name alone can be added to silence a warning; a sentence cannot be written without having decided.
