OidnTransfer

The transfer function of OIDN's HDR filters: a perceptually uniform (PU) curve, from OIDN's `core/color.h` and `core/color.cpp`.

In the namespace construct::denoise. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/denoise/OidnNetwork.hpp.

Detailed description

The network sees the color through forward(), scaled so that 65504, the largest half float, maps to 1. The output goes back through inverse().
