OidnTensor

One tensor of an Open Image Denoise weights file: its shape, its layout and its values (rendering-revamp §RVR-7).

In the namespace construct::denoise. Declared in src/libs/libconstruct/construct/denoise/OidnWeights.hpp.

Detailed description

A convolution's weights have the layout `oihw`: output channel, input channel, row and column of the 3 x 3 kernel. A bias has the layout `x`. The file stores 16-bit or 32-bit floats; the values here are 32-bit.
