PresetNotifier

Tells every PresetStore of a schema that its presets changed.

In the namespace config::ui. Declared in src/libs/libconfigui/configui/PresetStore.hpp.

Detailed description

Each store listens to it, so the preset bar of the settings page and a config.preset.* task that saves a preset see the same list.
