config::ChoiceProviders

The run-time choice lists that apps register by name.

Detailed description

Some choices are known only at run time: the tracers, the tone mappers, the export back ends, the audio devices. A schema names the provider, and the app registers the function here. A provider that changes calls notifyChanged(), and the model updates the rows that use it (config-ui §CFGM-2b).
