BrandSeed

The seed resolver (edition-data spec, §ED-A2): one application identity in, that application's brand seed out.

Detailed description

The function walks the OC_BRAND_SEED_TABLE macro until the nullptr sentinel. A hit returns the row. A miss returns WHITE with an invalid background and fromEdition false — the loud half of the §ED-D6 fallback — and warns once per identity.

Inline on purpose, and it reads a macro literal: a resolver that reached into another translation unit's static would be the initialization-order hazard app/Branding.hpp already warns about (§ED-R7). Constants.cpp initializes static QColor objects from this during static initialization, and that is safe here because every value the function touches is either a literal from the macro or a local.
