Detailed description
BatchQueueService is the node-side service entry point for the batch subsystem: it owns a BatchQueue, the BatchWorkerRegistry that lists the workers available to claim queued jobs, and the BatchDispatcher that routes each job to a free worker. Other services pull it from the service registry via ServiceWrapper<batch::BatchQueue>.
