PlacementPolicy

The placement policy: what the solver weighs, set once per node (work-placement §WPS-7).

In the namespace batch. Declared in src/libs/libbatch/batch/PlacementPolicy.hpp.

Detailed description

The owner's rule of 2026-10-10: the policy is flexible enough that nobody has to think about it, so only the first two settings are on the main page. The rest are under Advanced.

Shares are parts per thousand, never floats (batch-orchestration §BRS-1b). Stored in the node's settings as JSON under `settingKey()`, and checked by `ratioViolations()` as `BatchPolicy` is (§BRS-9b).
