InventoryResourceProvider

One resource name, read from the node's inventory (work-placement §WPN-5).

Detailed description

The tree had one provider class per name, each with its own read of the system (`CpuMilliProvider`, `MemoryBytesProvider`). One class now reads the pair `NodeInfo`, `NodeLoad` through `inventory::capacityOf`, so every name is measured the same way, and a name the inventory does not know is hidden, never zero.
