batch::BatchQueue

Generic FIFO/priority queue for asynchronous batch jobs.

Detailed description

BatchQueue owns the runtime state of one or more in-flight BatchJob instances: it tracks job lifecycle (queued / running / completed / failed / cancelled), exposes filterable views over the live + historical job set, and detects stuck workers via a 5-second hang-check timer. Callers submit a BatchJob via submit and observe progress through the queue's signals.
