Detailed description

The batch window: three tabs, Jobs, Fleet and Policy (work-placement §WPU-1).

Jobs is the job list with its detail panel beside it: one selected job shows its Info, Data and Log tabs, none or several hides the panel. The splitter lies horizontal in a wide window and vertical in a narrow one.

Fleet is the machines the fleet rents, from libfleetui through a `FleetFacility`. Policy is the placement policy (§WPU-3). Until the host calls setPlacement(), the Fleet tab says what a fleet needs (§WPU-2), and the Policy tab says that this window has no policy.

This is the whole "jobs window". BatchActivity (the hub's page) and StandaloneBatchController (construct's top-level window) both host this widget, so the two views cannot drift apart again; construct had only the bare list until 2026-09-23 because the split lived in the activity.
