Detailed description

`banter-bench test-set`: run every config of a lab test set JSON on all cores, and write the runs to a results database in the lab's schema.

This was testBanterRunTestSet inside testBanter. It read a fixed file on one person's Desktop, wrote `fsk_results.db` into the working folder, and skipped on every other machine, so the suite counted it and it asserted nothing (owner, 2026-10-07: a measurement is a tool).
