AuditEmitter

Phase-1 audit pass over the content/doc/published tree.

Detailed description

Walks every .md file once and emits up to three CSVs describing the present state of the markdown corpus:

  • frontmatter — every distinct YAML frontmatter key with type + occurrence count + proposed bucket (auto-classified per §MC-2; rows left as UNCLASSIFIED require hand-review per §MC-6).
  • jinja — every opener of a Jinja expression, statement or comment, with file:line and the literal raw text.
  • image-refs — every Markdown image and every HTML img element, with file:line + src + form bucket per §MC-4.

Output paths are optional (per-CSV). When all three are unset the audit pass is a no-op. The walk respects the same excludes as the existing helpbuild stages.
