First-time setup wizard for Agent nodes.

Detailed description

Rewritten on top of libwizard's WizardActivity: the bespoke state machine (registerClickableRow / navigateToStage / updateStage / eventFilter / nextStageClicked / pushImpl) is gone, replaced by a handful of WizardStep declarations. The only remaining concrete logic here is the step predicates, launch handlers, and the popImpl override that interprets the controller-type-selector + redeliver-confirmation return values.
