The scene, the camera and the render job are the levels of the cascade, and the app level is a seed for new scenes. See config-ui §CFGC-2 and construct-settings-scopes.

The construct schema: every cascading setting of Construct as data.
This was `SettingsRegistry`, a singleton with its own row type. The rows are unchanged. They now build a `config::Schema`, so the cascade, the validation, the snapshots and the import and export of libconfig serve Construct the same way they serve every other app (config-ui §CFGM-2, §CFGP-2). The construct-only facts stay here: the legacy unit ramp, the legacy scene key and the grouping of the old Rendering window.
