utility::graphics holds the small graphics helpers that don't warrant their own library: ICO writer, FPS calculator, random pixel/colour helpers, and the PixViewer widget used by debug-only previews.

This namespace was introduced in 1.0.

utility::time gathers the project's free-function time helpers — human-readable duration formatters, elapsed-time accessors, and the scope-timer / rate-calculator / honeymoon-scheduler classes that depend on them — under one namespace so callers don't have to remember which header to include.
