UniqueID generates random IDs for identifying objects. Each instance gets both a unique string ID (20 characters by default) and an incrementing integer ID.
Provides QDataStream serialization operators for persistence.
The string ID uses its own 62-character alphabet. For a random string with a selectable alphabet size, use utility::random::randomString().
