A SyncParameter holds a local value and a remote value, each with the time it last changed. setLocalValue() marks the parameter for sending, and a value received from the remote side marks it for an ack. The SyncContext writes the parameters that need it when its courier gets a sending opportunity, and reads the ones the remote side sent. bestValue() returns whichever of the two values is newer.
Create a parameter with SyncContext::registerParameter(), which allocates it and adds it to the context's list. AgentStateCourier uses SyncParameter for the agent mode, the flags, the target and current positions, and the orientations. The class implements ISyncParameter, which is the interface the context works through.
