    const config::Schema &swarmui::swarmSchema()

    The swarm settings of a node, as one schema.

    The defaults are the ones SwarmService applies when a key is absent, so a fresh node and a reset node behave the same (§SU-5, §DS-12). The participation default is SwarmService::kSwarmEnabledDefault, the one place it lives (§SSV-6.1). A local literal once made a reset write "off" while the runtime default was "on".
