Turns a set of actuator values into the INDEX_ORDERED wire stream, one byte at a time. More...

The stream starts with one enable bit for each actuator, packed into bytes. Then comes the value of each enabled actuator, in index order, in the number of bytes its ValueRepresentation sets. Call begin() with an array of ActuatorValueEntry, then call nextByte() while hasMore() is true.
The serializer does not copy the entries, so the array must stay alive until the stream ends. It allocates nothing, so it also runs on a microcontroller. NumexSerialLink uses it to build a SET_VALUES payload, and the fixo runtime uses the same serializer.
