    const config::Schema &nodesettings::nodeSchema()

    The settings every node has, as one schema.

    Before this schema, the node's settings had three surfaces and no declaration. `PreferencesActivity` showed five rows with a filter. `BanterConfigActivity` and the Preferences page both wrote the `banter/<key>` device keys, and only one of them wrote the device ids, so a name and an id could name two devices. The log control had a tab in MockNode only, with six rows for seven categories. Each of them is a row here now (config-ui §CFGC-8, parity CFG-102, CFG-103, CFG-107).

    Every row lives at the app level only. The keys are the keys the old surfaces wrote, so a node keeps its values.
