ControlPlanningHeader is an ActivityHeader. The remote window creates one, shares it through a QSharedPointer, and registers it as the fixed custom header of every control activity, so all of them show the same bar.
The agent button shows the current agent's identicon and name, which it looks up in the remote's address book. The control method button shows the icon and title of the active control activity. Each control activity calls setState() when it resumes. A click on either button emits agentChangeRequested() or controlMethodChangeRequested(), and the remote window pushes the matching selection activity.
