ActivityHeader defines the interface that all navigation headers must implement. This allows ActivityStack to manage different header types (NodeNavigation, ControlPlanningHeader, etc.) through a uniform interface.
Headers are displayed as floating overlays on top of activity content via OverlayHeaderLayout.
