Detailed Description
Lays out (top→bottom): - Health strip: RTT, Jitter, TX/RX activity lights, carrier list, last error. - PingWidget: per-packet sonar pulses, coloured by packet kind (cyan=discovery, blue=handshake, green=data). - TX/RX rate graphs (node-wide, all peers, packets per second). - ConnectionStatusWidget: the existing connect/disconnect / per-carrier / panic control surface.
The graphs sample every 250 ms; pps is derived from packet-count deltas (counters are bumped by Comms's per-kind packet signals). RTT/Jitter pick the lowest-RTT session across CommsSessionDirectory on each tick; this keeps the surface "global" (no peer picker) per the design call — selecting a peer is a future addition.
