Owned by the service. The service queues `enqueue(componentId)` requests; the worker picks them up one at a time, runs the recipe, and emits signals back to the service. Per-component serialization is enforced by the queue; the service's per-component mutex prevents double-enqueue.
Cross-process serialization is handled by the service (QLockFile on the component's cache directory), not the worker.
