Reads available stanzas and their input parameters from ConfigSync and instantiates SIA primitive widgets (slider / toggle / momentary / event) for the active stanza's inputs. Stanza selection via combo box switches the active stanza and rebuilds the primitive list.
Migration note (2026-06-21): the legacy FixoControlWidget / SliderBankWidget / CarSteeringControlAdapter branch is retired. Primitives are derived from each input's CIV `kind`, mirroring StanzaInputActivity (§SIA). Port-value changes emitted by the primitives are forwarded to `ActuatorCourier`; the RemoteStanzaInputHost / `liveInputs/...` ConfigSync write path is available as an alternative consumer but unused here for now.
Source-of-truth: the `fixo-runtime` ConfigSync section, populated by RuntimeCourier on the Agent. The legacy `hardware.stanzas` path was removed in unified-firmware-system Phase 5.
