Renders one row per registered ShutdownLifecycle task: icon, "displayName — operation" title, free-form status, optional percent + ETA. Two buttons at the bottom: Cancel quit (returns user to normal use) and FORCE QUIT (panic-button styled — fires requestForceCancel + waits for shutdownReady or forceDeadlineExpired).
Implicit Wait: if the user does nothing, the activity stays open until every task deregisters naturally, then self-pops with "completed". See content/doc/internal/specs/shutdown-lifecycle/.
Pop values: - "cancel" — user clicked Cancel quit. - "completed" — every task drained on its own (no button click). - "forced-clean" — user clicked FORCE QUIT and tasks drained before the 1 s deadline. - "forced-expired" — user clicked FORCE QUIT and the deadline fired with tasks still registered. (In production the host's exit slot has already `_exit(1)`'d the process before this pop is observed; the value exists for tests.)
