Each P1 task runs on a worker thread without direct access to the hub's Node. SerialOpalContext is a single point of indirection that holds the active node's SerialConnectionStore (and, in later phases, its SerialSessionManager). HubWindow installs the store at app startup; tasks read it via instance().
Tests inject a fixture connection list with setTestConnections() instead of constructing a real Node + SerialConnectionStore.
